Captain Kirk's is a certified Ocean Rodeo Learn to Ride center, stationed in Los Angeles and La Ventana, Mexico.

In Los Angeles, all rentals and lessons must COME TO THE SHOP prior to the 1st rental or lesson. RESERVATIONS are required for lessons, & are very strongly recommended for rentals.

Lessons take place in Belmont Shore, Long Beach

Gear included. Lessons are 3 hours in duration and include all kites and kiteboards.

We recommend a 3 lesson program that includes a price discount and a 50% credit towards the retail price of any subsequent Ocean Rodeo kite and kiteboard purchase, see below for details!

* Due to their extremely low retail price, kite credit does not apply towards Royal Kites and Best kites (except WarooPro).

We use Ocean Rodeo and Cabrinha kiteboarding equipment in the Kiteschool. Kite rental only is not available, all gear is included in all kite lessons.
